If It's Exercise, It Works!

Yesterday I proved that non-traditional exercise can indeed make a difference: I spent about an hour and a half or maybe close to two hours cleaning the outdoor furniture, sweeping the deck and moving old plants out of the way. This morning, the scale told me I was back to my pre-vacation weight! So it took only a little more than a week to shed those extra six pounds.
Now I can concentrate on getting back to where I really want to be, about four pounds more.
Never doubt the value of just plain heavy housework!
