2014 Goals... Better late than never...

Mine are...

~~~ lose 65 pounds(putting me under 200!!!) which means I need to lose 1.25 pounds a week.... doable... if I put my mind to it!!!

~~~ add more physical activities... I am going to take up biking again, do some hiking, play with my daughters when I take them to the playground rather than sit and watch them!!!

~~~ add in strength training!!!!

~~~ to just eat better... no so much less, because I don't usually eat tons(sometimes I do though :~o )... but better foods...

~~~ declutter this house!!!!! It is horrible!!! Have to accomplish this, this year!!! Preferably this summer!!!

~~~ meet new people... I've always been so shy about meeting people... afraid of what they think of me, afraid of rejection...

    YES Better late than never!!
    Always time to re-start... but easier to just stay the course to begin with!

    I too am on a mission to lose 1# per week for 50 weeks to get ME below 200#

    I am averaging .83# per week, but have begun to kick up my activity, so I think I can still make my goal!
