Beautiful tribute to all the Veterans... I have great respect for the Men and Women who Serve. My Father, Father-in-law, my Maternal and Paternal Grandfathers and Uncles all served in the Canadian Army and Air-force in World War 1 and World War 2. We come from a proud family line of Men who Served their Country.

My brother was too young for Vietnam but he served 10 years in the Marines, got out, then a short time later went back into the reserves until he retired after 20 years total a couple of years ago. He was in Desert Storm, and then later he was called to Afghanistan after 9/11. So I have the utmost respect and admiration for all vets, past, present and future and tell them every chance I get not matter what war or era they might have fought in. Vietnam included. Thank you for posting this in case anyone forgets why we remember. I may or may not agree with decisions made at higher levels, and pray for their guidance, but the troops always mean so much to me.
