an extra hour to plan

If I had an extra hour, I would spend it planning my meals. I'm already better at getting exercise in, and know I need to sleep more and just need to be consistent daily with getting to bed on time. I need to spend more time planning meals. When I have nothing planned, it's just to easy to grab convenient good, whether from a restaurant or from home. Harder to get things from freezer, defrost and follow a recipe. I have healthy meals but sometimes it requires a mindset change as to how I want to feel after eating.
