Time to get back on it

After not tracking for about 3 1/2 weeks I am getting back into it. I pretty much maintained for those weeks. Time to kick it back into gear and track food again as well as start doing some workout videos for resistance bands. I want, need, and would love to have a healthier body. I can do this and will do this. I knew this would be a tough trek with ups and downs, good days and bad weeks. I remember in the past being told just eat less, losing weight is that simple. Ummm, no it is not that simple and no it is't always about eating less. Can be about eating more but eating the right foods. That is the biggest change for me and that stuck even when not tracking. Well that is what is on my mind right now. Time to make a veggie/ground turkey soup in the crock pot.

    emoticon Saw that you put up a blog & so I want to say Hi to you. I'm from your Weekly Challenges Team. I've been told the same thing that all it is, is "Calories In versus Calories out". I agree with you that it's not always as "simple" as that. Best wishes as you begin to re-focus.
