Warm weather and sun lifts spirits

Hey hey everyone :) I hope you all are having a fab morning! We've had such a nice week of weather here, and this weekend is promising, too. :) I washed my car yesterday and it didn't rain after LOL!

I'm beginning to start my Leslie walking program again, and I'm excited about it. :) I've been logging my food in my new TOPS journal, it's a paperback one, and I need to begin logging it here, too.

I am reading a book now on the Mediterranean diet. I think it suits me nicely.
