Its been a good and hard month, I've had to fight myself when I feel lazy about working out, I have to fight myself and not think of Magnums new chocolate infinity ice cream, but I'm getting into a routine and improving everyday, and the numbers are improving. My muscle mass has increased to 20.3% and my body fat is down
Weighed in last Wednesday at 312, and this afternoon a little higher for a mini BLC.
So far I have a set routine of going to the gym at least 4 times a week, I take walks on the weekend, jump on my trampoline, or go to Zumba. I'm working on having a set time each weekend when I say to myself "Girl go workout" and I just go.
The nutrition still needs a lot of work, I've been planning and packing meals, but there are meal times/days when I just want something else and I venture off the plan. My new goal will be to come up with ways of dealing with these situations. My mom says to focus and take 10 deep breath as if I'm in a Yoga class and if I still want to go off the plan then... Jamie (Spark Friend) does something similar, she holds off 10 minutes or so and if she still wants it, she has it in moderation, and 90% of the time the urge passes. Also, I've been drinking a big cup of water, to fight off the urges. What do you guys do? Need suggestions people!!!!
You know when you're on a challenge and you start running out of steam, well works been crazy, and the 12 week BLC just got me to rev my engines with the amazing race weekend challenge, love it
. I have had some weird meals and soda this weekend, putting a stop to that one right now. I've been more active than I usually am on this weekend since I'm helping my neighbor move, not a good influence on my nutrition though.
I'm also doing a quick 4 week BL mini challenge, I bet 16 dollars on Dietbet, and Lord knows I want to cash in. Focus focus focus!!!!
Last but not least, my goal for the end of June is 301!!!!! I know for a fact that if I focus, and give it 100% I can surpass this. Eat healthy whole meals, track it all, and exercise, repeat!!!!!
