Only lost 0.2 lbs this past week. What to do - exercise more, eat less or stay the course?

    I wouldn't worry about it, you have already lost quite a bite. Give it a couple weeks and then might have to change some routine's.

    It depends whether or not you have physical or health problems that curtail your activity. Your age, etc.. Best course if it is bothering you is to get your doctor's opinion!

    Sometimes it's best to just carry on. It takes awhile to see the results. Best wishes!
