Active Apples Week 1 blog! Looking back on May. Goals for June!

Looking back on May's goals. I was actually surprised that I managed to get more accomplished than I thought I would. I am exercising more per day and seem to have my nutrition back on track. I also lost 3lbs by the end of May. WOOHOO!
For the month of June my goals are as follows!
1. Exercise 30 to 45 minutes a day.
2, Use my stationary bike at least 3 times a week.
3. Drink 8 glasses of water a day.
4, Keep carbs down 130 and my calories down 1300 a day.
5. Spend at least 20 minutes reading my Bible and Book of Mormon a day.
I think 5 goals for the month of June is enough for now.
