What to exercise most...

Today I think I strained a muscle in my leg walking. The sun got to me too but I kept on going. I don't think the muscle is seriously hurt, but is sore.. not in a way that's right.
I hear a lot of people talking about their food intake, and what they do for fitness, and all kinds of combos of the two. And what I tell people is that they are overlooking the simplest of things. Patience.
The most important thing to exercise is...Patience. You can try to hurry up and get to your goal. But is that realistic? Patience...is the key.
