So I'm back on SparkPeople

I got to start tracking my nutrition again because I suspect I don't get enough calories a day. So I checked for today and yep, only 750 calories, I need more than that! I keep thinking I must have forgotten something or not properly entered the data, but I'm afraid I really didn't eat much.
I have very severe IBS which is really bad the last 6 or 8 weeks and that makes eating not much fun. I also have gall bladder issues so that adds to the fun :/
I need to get plenty of salt for my orthostatic intolerance so my blood pressure stays up, so that's another thing I need to track.
Hopefully I can keep this up! I tend to forget to track.
