day three, not that awful.

So, day three.
Success or semi-fail??
Ok, the weather man reported last night that would probably see rain early today. So, I slept a little later than usual. It was my own poor decision number 1--sitting up late watching Netflix.
and number 2---not going to the walking track early this morning.
I waited all day for the rain, of course it never came and as the evening wore on, it got hot.
Around an hour ago, the skies turned black and the rain poured down.
But I did get alot of house work done today. Several loads of laundry and cleaned up the utility room, mopped, washed all the rugs and folded and put away some clothes.
Dusted the bedroom and cleaned up the kitchen.
I did 5 whole big minutes on the ellipitcal.
It just doesnt hold my attention the way the walking track does and it seems to tire me out more quickly.
So, in my book that was a small semi-fail.
That and the 2 big tablespoons of hamburger helper with macaroni I snacked on.
I made this for Honey for his supper and I had a grilled chicken breast and some spinach, tomatoes, carrots and broth.
So, I am unsure how many calories are in 2 tablespoons of hamburger helper, but I am sure its not that many to get all bent out of shape over.
And regardless, I stayed within calorie range again.
Third successful calorie day in a row.
I havent been anywhere near a scale and I dont expect to see a drop in weight this fast.
But I have been sticking to a plan.
I am eating alot of protein, protein in fact makes up the majority of my meals.
Along with the same spinach, carrots, lettuce, mushrooms and tomatoes.
While I didnt get to walk, I feel I stayed pretty busy and active today.
I am finished with my meals for the day and I am not hungry at all.
Take a deep breath and relax and try to do better tomorrow.
