BLT's Are Detrimental to Weight Loss

So I learned about BLT's at my WW meeting today. I now know why I don't loose weight every week. The BLT's are killing me!
What are BLT's? I'll tell you right now it isn't a sandwich.
B stands for bite, L stands for licks and T stands for tastes. How many times a day do you have BLT's? Think about all the calories you are getting that you aren't keeping track of. We learned that all those BLT's could add up to more than 8 extra points. Think about it! I had a major AHA moment today. We were challenged to keep track of all our BLT's for 2 days. It was amazing how aware I was today about having any BLT's. I actually made it through Costco without sampling anything! Major accomplishment there. BLT's are an everyday occurrence for me. I bet I have more than 10 a day. Think of all the extra calories I've been eating. YIKES! So my challenge for you is to track your BLT's for 2 days. I guarantee it will totally amaze you how many extra calories you are eating. Hopefully the only BLT's I'll be eating in the future will be he sandwich only.
