Hiking

Went hiking in the Ozark forest yesterday (Richland Creek Wilderness Area). Hiked in to see a double waterfall and a single larger waterfall. It's been years since I've hiked and I sure didn't remember how hard it is. Up and down hills, walking over rocky areas and around and over boulders - what a workout. Took about 5 hours to hike about 8 miles and I was beat at the end, not to mention that my cloths were wringing wet with sweet (Fat Crying). Anyway it was well worth it and the sights, wild life, creeks, pools, flowers and falls were beautiful. I think I'll rest today!!!!!
