HAVE A HEALTHY WEEK

What kind of week will you have.....
as for me....
I have planned my meals, I bought fresh fruits and veggies for the next few days....I made sure I have snack items that are healthy and handy so when I just must have something to eat it's ready...

I planned my exercise, I'll get plenty of rest so that I feel like exercising....I will park my car and walk as much as possible....I'll use the steps, if I get bored I'll go for a walk or walk around the yard, I'll remind myself to get up and move........

I will limit my time on the computer and watching TV....I'll find ways to keep my mind active and positive....I will forget the mistakes I have made and dwell on the progress I have made...I will smile as much as possible....I'll pray for strength to keep making positive choise's in my life....
I'll accept that I am not perfect and that I love myself no matter what the scales says...I will remind myself I am love able and like able and I am worth all the effort I put in to myself....

But most important I have to remember there is no Magic pill or fast track to living a healthy life or to loosing weight...it is a journey, a one day at a time journey, but no matter what might get in my way....I WILL NEVER EVER GIVE UP.....MY HEALTH IS MY GIFT TO MYSELF....AND I DESERVE WHAT I AM WILLING TO WORK FOR.....no excuses...

WILL YOU HAVE A HEALTHY WEEK...ARE YOU DOING ALL YOU CAN DO FOR YOU...





ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE WHEN WE LOVE OUR SELVES AS OUR GOD LOVES US...
