Fruit and Vegetable Check In

One of the things I try to do for healthy eating is to eat a variety of fruits and vegetables. I aim to get as many colors into my diet as possible. Here goes:

Blue/Purple: blueberries
Green: arugula, kale, cucumbers
Yellow: yellow pepper
Orange: orange pepper
Red: strawberries, radishes
White: onions, garlic, mushrooms

I'm quite pleased with myself today! And my food is very pretty!

    For me yesterday...
    Blue/Purple: blueberries

    Red: strawberries, tomatoes, beets

    Good for you. I find it easy to eat more fruits but still struggle with eating as many veggies as I should.
