Day 1 of 100 Days to a New & Healthier ME

I recently joined the 100 days to a New You Spark Team. I wasn't really sure just what I wanted to work on for the 100 days until today.
I have actually decided to work on tracking my food and exercise. I really need to get back to tracking my food and getting at least 10 minutes of exercise every day. I find it is better for me to focus on exercising every day so that I am not pressured to squeeze it in at the end of the week. If I just do it daily, I have a routine and I am more likely to stick with it.
So today was day one! I tracked my food and was within range. I also got in 11 minutes of seated cardio.
So here I go. I am off and running on my challenge! I am really going to try to blog everyday but I am not going to promise that!
Now it is off to bed!
