Tired of being out of breath after walking up a flight of stairs?
Tired after trying a short walk or trying to excercise?

Sick feeling tired, overweight & not having energy to get things done?

Guess what, I felt the SAME way!
Sometimes I still do, I'm NOT always motivated, I have days when I'm tired & days where I just want to eat pizza, fries & ice cream too.
I've slipped up, missed more than a few days of my workouts, didn't want to wake up and workout, but I don't beat myself up about it, I push forward & move on.
My decision to change began when I went to a wedding back in November I was unhappy with how I felt, how I looked & how my clothes fit. I was tired of being stressed out, tired & pretty miserable about how much I had let myself slip.
When I got home I knew I had to start eating healthier & make some significant changes. One thing I knew I had to figure out was how I was going to stay motivated & hold myself accountable, or I was going to fall into my old habits and give up when it got hard. I started P90x3 in December and joined a challenge group with others doing the program. In 90 days I lost weight, increased my energy, gained back my confidence & became a happier person, plus my clothes fit great!
People began to ask me what I had been doing because they could notice the change in not just my appearence but I was so much happier 😊
I want to help you feel that way, to wake up and want make the most of your day & feel great about yourself. It takes EFFORT, you have to put in the work & eat right, but it's not as hard as you might think. The workouts are easy to follow, most are 30 mins on average & there is a nutrition guide to help you get the best results possible.
If you've ever wished you could just get started or start again you need to tell yourself that THIS is the time, no more waiting for the perfect moment, because its ALWAYS the right time & I will help you the whole way.
My next challenge group is starting on July 7th, so lets do this and get fit TOGETHER!
