What I Did For Me Today

Lately I've been feeling like my life isn't my own; I'm always putting everyone else first and taking on too much. Part of that is my personality, but this evening, I thought I would take a little time for myself and do what makes me feel calm.
Work was a long day, so when I got home I made a nutritious dinner and relaxed for a bit. I cleaned everything up and read outside for a bit. I came back in (it got really buggy) and did a 20 minute upper body workout. Now I"m going to play some guitar. It feels really good to just do what feels right for me.
