Plan for Success

Today is Monday, June 30. The end of a month and the beginning of the new week. I went back to Curves today to start again. We have been away and also painting and repairing the house. I need to get back into my exercise plan. I was worried that the weight would be up but I was down a pound and a half. I started this journey at 182 and have been hanging around 166 for a long time. One of the entries I read was someone hoping to drop 10 pounds by a date in July. I had a goal for the 22 of July when I have my doctor appointment. We are both going for 10 pounds off. This means better recording, exercising, and planning. I was grateful that I had not gained a lot. Here I go.
