A New Month, A Fresh Start

That's what I like about a new month. A chance to start fresh! My goal this month is to not eat any fast food for breakfast, and by fast food, I mean McDonalds. This is going to have to be a "one day at a time" thing for me, as I seem to be hooked on the sausage McMuffin. As a replacement, I can make my own easily at home using 100 calorie English muffins and some low fat cheese and ham. I have yogurt here too, and I really like dry cereal. So I have options.
And again, I will track! Even when not home, I can track. I have a notebook and a pen, so of course, I can do this too.
We are getting ready for a short camp trip this weekend, and I will work hard to make wise choices where my food is concerned.
