Nice to hear your voice! It takes alot of courage to do one of those, which at the moment I don't have, but it's great that you did it! Your plan sounds very do-able. I to tend to feel horrible when I don't do something, maybe it's the brain saying "Hey, you get up! Do something!" but yes, my legs and booty hurt alot when I've been sitting around doing nothing, or on my "off days", I have to do something, preferably a walk around the neighborhood will quiet down the brain! Sheryl I find that everytime I start eating healthier and cleaner, my stomach kinda isnt used to spicy / oily / heavy foods anymore. I tend to have a bad tummy more easily cause im not used to digesting those heavy and/or spicy an/or oily meals.. 2300 days ago

Isn't it fun to get new workout stuff? Bands are so versatile. You reminded me that I'd put mine away last year while doing some renovations and have somehow never gotten them back out. Now I'm looking forward to working with them again.
