I LOVE Zumba!

The class last night was awesome! I couldn't follow all the leg and arm motions, but I got the general idea and kept moving. I can see where this will be even more fun when I know what I am doing! I have never had so much fun and sweat so much while working out! And the ladies leading the class were so inspiring! I want to move like that! LOL! After class I was talking to one of the leaders who is in amazing shape. She has lost 45 lbs doing Zumba. She has 3 children the youngest being 16 months. Wow! Another lady has lost 55 lbs over a year. Incredible!

Before class I had a quick grilled veggie and tofu stir-fry. After class, DH came in with KFC. Way to support me! LOL! I did have one small piece, but no fries. I was actually under for calories yesterday. Probably because I didn't eat breakfast. No weight loss this am.

Today I did my strength training. Went very easy on the legs as I could feel them from yesterday. Had my blueberry protein shake. Plan is for lunch to have brown rice, pineapple and tuna. Will probable end of with left over kfc for dinner. I will make a big salad to go with it.

DH actually is supportive of me. Gave me the $ to sign up for a monthly pass when I go back to Zumba tomorrow. Plan is to go to Zumba 3x a week, do Pilates 2x week and strength training 2x week. This girl is getting in shape!!!

    I'm so glad you liked Zumba. It doesn't matter how uncoordinated you are anyone can do it! (Believe me, I'm living proof.) It's great because it combines toning, bodyweight exercises, and cardio all-in-one.
