It's been a month and I'm down 10 pounds. Soo rewarding. I wasn't losing weight and feeling satisfied on other programs. I think I found the one for me.
One thing I really want to do is add more movement. I'm currently working Summer Camp. Most of the time I feel heavy, sore, and just exhausted. The kids run circles around me and I can't join them. It's frustrating. I don't know if I'll ever be at a point where I'm able to run around carefree with the kids, but I'd like to be able to move more so I'm not exhausted after being on my feet all day.
I need to get back in the pool. Water exercises and swimming are great for joints. A yoga class would be amazing to stretch out my sore muscles. Maybe someday I might even be able to get back on an elliptical machine or start to ride my bike again.
The more weight I lose, the better my body will feel. I still have 40+ pounds to go, but I will get there.
