I hope everyone is having a nice long weekend. I finally started back exercising yesterday. I've planned on it for months now, lol, but have been very sedentary. I finally have renewed motivation to make changes.
I started a Couch to 5K WALKING program! I'm so heavy that I can barely walk a mile. So I need to start slow and build up. My daughter walks 1-2 hours every night! (She is as heavy as me.
) So we plan to do a couple of 5Ks in the fall :) So that is one of my goals.
The 2nd goal (which I have mentioned before) is being able to shop at Avenue by fall. Right now I am around a size 32 from Roamans, which is a generous 32.
I will be weighing in every week and monitoring my weight loss that way, but those are my two goals for the next two months.
I went through and made up my menu plan for July 17-30 today using mostly Spark recipes for the dinners! I can't wait to share them and what my girls and I thought of them! I've only made one of them before, the broiled parmesan tilapia - which I just love.
Well, I hope to incorporate more movement tomorrow. I was going to rake the lawn today but didn't do it. So if I can at least get that in on top of my walk, I will be happy!
