Happy July! I am getting out of a wild--but too sedentary--June. I have been concentrating on being more active (okay, not counting the holiday weekend with family) and I realize that I am not "upping" my game. Need a regular routine! May try to get an early walk in, and that's huge for me as I am not a morning person. Also want to get my bike fixed and play tennis. Will try to blog my progress. emoticon

    I'm going through the same predicament. Like the others who have posted, I think getting it done and out of the way in the morning has been the best option for me. My walking partner is on vacation for the next 3 weeks so I have to get on it! Thanks so much for the reminder.

    I am not a morning person either. I have found that a walk in the morning gives me a little extra energy to actually start my day. Its a nicer walk also before it gets too warm.

    emoticon I have found that I have to get the majority of my exercise in the morning. If I don't life gets in the way and I don't do it. I do an hour of exercise upon rising in the morning and my wife and I go for a 30 minute walk. THen I might get another walk in at my lunch hour at work. But remember that any motion is better than no motion! So get moving! You can do it! emoticon
