A Perfect Summer Day!!!

The last few days have been VERY humid and we finally had to turn on the AC. I love having the windows wide open and the breezes blowing through our house, so I always wait until I absolutely HAVE TO close them due to high humidity. Last night we had a very hard rain and it washed away the humidity. This morning, I opened all of the windows again and all I could hear were the birds singing and the breezes blowing. It was absolutely perfect weather-wise. Then the phone rang and it was our oldest son asking us to go pontooning with them at 1. We packed a light lunch and off we went. I had Nola on my lap, Elizabeth sitting next to me, the wind blowing through my hair and the sun shining down on my skin. I was in HEAVEN!!! It was a perfect summer day!!!
