BTS Fit for Fall Goals

I have really been slacking off on exercising lately. My goal this round is to get back into the habit of getting up early to get my workout in. I have decided that I don't have to follow any program because it's difficult in the summer time with vacation and camping and so forth.
My goals will be:
Get up at 6:00 am to workout.
If I miss a workout due to lack of sleep, work, camping, etc. I will still do something and remain active that day. No slacking off!
I also plan continuing to get my eating under control. I have discovered that for me, it really helps me to carb cycle (two low carb and one higher carb days) so I will be focusing on that this round as well.
