Small steps

HA literally. I went for a 2 mile walk yesterday. It was slow but it was something active. YAY ME. :) Tonight may be tough to get some exercise in but I will do my best. There is always an excitement when you start something new. The trick is to keep going in the middle. That is where I need my spark team to come in and be the encouragement I need to keep going. emoticon
