Up and Down

Been a few weeks since I have posted anything. Consistency in working out and tracking food has not been up to par. As a result the weight loss is going slower than I would like it too but if I do not do what it takes that is the result. I start for a few days and then slack off for a few. See the result of slacking and start back up again, lose momentum and the cycle repeats. Storms don't help the matter any either. I love going for my nightly walks and well storms make it difficult to accomplish that.

No I am not going to hate on myself for having a hard time staying consistent on the weight loss efforts. I did not develop the bad habits overnight and the good habits wont happen overnight either.

Well at this point it is far from overnight but I think the point is across. I am still proud of how far I have come to this point. Getting really close to the 100 lbs. lost mark. I have to find a rhythm that works for me and I will be able to maintain for the rest of my life and I know I am making great strides in reaching that.

Some things I have noticed since I started here.

The more I exercise the less cranky and down I feel.
Palate is changing, no longer enjoy salty or sweet foods as much as I used to.
A weird observation but the more I work on my weight the more projects get done around the house for getting it into something I feel comfortable in.
I like dressing a little more girlie, not going as far as dresses but colors and prints are more feminine.

Still have a lot of work yet to do on myself and the house and the two seem to be linked at this point.
