I weighed 198.0 today! That's awesome!!!! I am so happy and excited!
So what am I doing that is working? Making sure I get enough sleep, drinking half my weight of water in ounces, keeping moving, I eat a low carb high protein breakfast, I eat regular for lunch watching my carbs stay under 50 at lunch, I eat a low carb dinner with fruit with each meal which is usually cherries, strawberries, orange, or apple with peanut butter. Sometimes before bed I will eat an apple with peanut butter.
I get my blood drawn next week then the following week I see the doctor. Time to find out what my new A1C is! I have 2.7 lbs to go to have lost 10% of my body weight from May. I am extremely happy with my progress both in weight and in bsl! I never in my wildest dreams thought I could get here and by this time!
I have been rewarding myself with trips to the zoo with the boys, mini golfing with the boys, but tonight...an overnight trip with my hubby! I think I earned it.
