BLC 25

Hi,

I'm sad to say this has been my worst round since joining BLC 5 rounds ago. I gained about 3 lbs and I'm fully responsible for it. Life got crazy for me this round with home, kids, work, school...diet and exercise was the last thing on my mind.

My one major plan to stay focused in May backfired. I joined the gym and was going daily, then school finished and I ended up keeping my older son home with me for the summer and I couldn't go to the gym and by evening when DH got home I was already exhausted to go.

My goal is to not give up. Once school starts in mid August, both kids will be going to the same school and aftercare, and I will be in school full time as well. With more routine and more time to myself I will be able to go back to the gym on a daily basis.

Not sure if I will be signing up for next round yet with full-time Nursing school around the corner, but I so need it to be successful once I get myself back to the working out.

The Pink Viking teams was great, very supportive and understanding, I'm just sorry I didn't participate more. Thanks ladies!

    sounds like a great goal.....to not give up! Sometimes we hit those times when we just don't do what we need to do to stay on track for whatever reasons. The key to success is to not give up trying. I gained 7 lbs during the month of April. It took me a little over a month to get it back off! It happens - but we are still here!

    Those Pink Vikings sound awesome! Do the best you can under your circumstances. That is all you or anyone else can ask of you!!! Glad you are still here!

    You can do this!!!! Focus on what you want and what small step you can take today to move in that direction!
