it doesn't matter

Saturday, July 19, 2014

I am within what is considered a "healthy bmi" at 5 feet, 8 inches and weighing 153lbs. I was told last night that I am getting too skinny.
it doesn't matter what they say. I am NOT too skinny. I still have curves!!!

it doesn't matter

I've only recently been overweight. I never used to be over 130, but had gotten all the way to 207 upon delivery of my fourth child. Then back down to 157 (then up to 180 earlier this year)

it doesn't matter

what matters is how I feel. I have a good relationship with my doctor. He has known me for 20 years. I trust him. I trust me.

it doesn't matter

people can say what they want. I've found only the people unhappy with their current weight have negative things to say about my recent weight loss.

it doesn't matter

I am doing this for me.
I'm sick of their excuses and complaints claiming to have "tried everything!" really??!? have you tried diet & exercise? I mean like for more than a day??

it doesn't matter

I am happy with my determination and subsequent achievement. That Is What Matters!
