What I learned BLC25

This round I've learned that what I put in my mouth really needs to be tracked closely. I can not just guess that I'm staying in my range, if I eat it, I need to track it. I have not made any progress towards my goal this round and I know that is why. One NSV I had was being able to keep up in my Shred Class and discovering that for 42, I am very fit.

My plan to stay on track during the BLC break is to walk get up to 10,000 steps daily and track everything I eat!
