I have been keeping busy. Just not blogging on SP.
Don't normally have time.
I have been going to PF after work until last Monday (7/14) I began waking up at 4:30am everyday and hitting the gym BEFORE work!
Let me tell you - it is not easy getting up that early to go workout. But I keep reminding myself, how nice it is after work to actually be able to just go home and not have to worry about hitting the gym first.

I am tired at 4:30 am -- I am MORE tired after working all day.
So this is a great benefit. emoticon
So, I may not blog on here as much as I'd like -- But I am still here. Just don't have much time to write.

I have been doing C25K everyday (week 1 repeatedly until I am actually running - not jogging). emoticon
Once I am running - I will get myself up to the subsequent weeks.
I have a great app on my iPod that helps with this.
It tells me when to walk and when to run.
Even lets me us my playlists for music. emoticon

Well, hope everyone else is doing well. emoticon emoticon

    Awesome!! I would love to workout early as well. I am on summer break before I go back to work (teacher) in a month. Since my hubby takes the kids to daycare in the morning and I do the pickup in the afternoon, that would be a great idea for me too. Right now i'm just doing it whenever, but I think it would be nice to actually go to the gym. Great job!
