Another Try

Wednesday, July 23, 2014

I'm back on track for the umpteenth time, but you only lose when you completely give up, right?
This month is looking good for weight loss. I just hope I can keep it up and make a good difference over the coming months. I plan to. I plan to. I have good foods in the kitchen and no trigger foods around. I am wearing my Fitbit and know when I have a slow day (like today, but work and after hours meetings kept me chained).
Tomorrow is a day I know I will have good physical activity built in.
So off I go again....

It doesn't matter how many times you have to get back on track, as long as you never give up!

It sounds like you have a great plan! I know for me, if I don't bring unhealthy foods into the house to tempt me, that is half the battle won right there.

Getting back on track is the first trick.
The second trick is keeping the OFF track time as short as humanly possible.
    You can do this...

Good for you for getting back on track again! You're only a loser if you quit, and I don't see you doing that!

Hang in there, you can do it.

I got off track myself last fall and put on 30 pounds over the winter. I got back on track at the end of June and it is almost all gone again.

We can both do it, yes we can!

I use the Fitbit Flex myself.
