I haven't been able to exercise lately because of heavy bleeding.
Very long story short, my uterus hasn't been doing it's job and I had a d&c Friday. Hopefully this will cure what ails me.
Going to try walking again today, but save the more vigorous stuff until I'm sure it's ok.
However, I have absolutely no excuse for not tracking my food and eating poorly.
I gained a few pounds and am even closer to my all time high of 350.
I'm up early before the baby and planning out all meals for the week. Big shop later with NO junk in the house.
I'm also going to make my tracker public again. Hopefully the pressure will help me out!
1. Walk daily if reasonable.
2. Drink water at home, not just at work!
3. Stick to meal plans.
