Minumum of 10 minutes of Activity

So I started a challenge on my Husky Lovers team page for us to do a minumum of 10 minutes of activity each day. Inspiration from TheSparkGuy's blog entry. I think he was on to something. The further in a streak you get the more likely you are to keep going so you dont ruin your track record.

I hope that this challenge will help keep me motivated and inspire my team to keep at it.
