Summer vacations are wonderful. I had a few days away that did wonders to recharge my battery. I slept well, ate according to plan, and walked like a crazy woman! One thing that I am aware of is how easy it is to lose track of stuff. I thought I had a modest breakfast...nope! When I tracked it, I was off a smidge. I thought I did a little walking...nope! I really hoofed it to the tune of 12,000+ steps. So, really, we don't know until we know. (I sound like Yogi Berra, right?). So keep tracking, keep trucking, keep logging because it is in those details that we sometimes find our weaknesses, and some unexpected victories.
