To self a reminder

When I was growing up I did a lot of walking and was for the most part a vegetarian. I moved away from home and into a stressful relationship. I started eating food to deal with the situation. I didn't do much exercising and the weight started to pile on year after year. I would look myself in the mirror and didn't like how I looked, so start to eat healthy and do some exercising but that didn't last long.

I will be turning 40 next month and it is time I took charge of how I treat myself. I am responsible for what I eat and if I do any exercising. I am not on a diet because the results of most diets don't last. I am on a life time plan of eating fruits and vegetables and drinking my 8 glasses of water a day with some exercise everyday.
