Getting my eating habits changed

The past two days I have been doing a better job of making healthy food choices. I decided to start the fit food challenge. I have to make some modifications due to my food allergies, but it gives me some good ideas. So far so good. I have been doing the challenge for 2 days now. Hopefully this will become a good habit again of eating healthier foods. Now I need to get to exercising, too.
