Am I Back....Finally?

That is the question of the life in general haha...I love sparkpeople, but after the first few years, I don't know what happened. I just haven't been able to stay on task like I use to. I'm going to try sparkpeople and my fitness pal at the same time and see how it goes. Hopefully, by slowly getting back, I can stay on track. After months of feeling sick, horrible, and just plain lethargic hahaa I think I'm finally ready to do something about it. I went to the gym twice....something that I never expected to do, but it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. My goal will be to go more than 1-2 times a week and get some sort of plan in order for my diet. I love new recipes, so I'll probably check out sparkrecipes again and see if there's anything worth trying. I may or may not count calories. My main focus is going to be portion control and eating more than 3 times a day. That should help curb my binge eating and hopefully keep me feeling fuller throughout the day!!!!
