The Weekend Challenge

Originally, I thought my weekdays would be my greatest challenge. After all, those are the workdays when I have the least control over most of my time - time to work out, time to plan and cook a meal. But what I'm finding is that those days are actually some where I have the most control and ability to plan. After all, much of those days is governed by a work calendar.
A calendar on the weekend is harder, because it involves others that don't want a "planned day". They (and frankly me too) want the relaxed spontaneity that comes with a day off. That has been a bigger challenge than expected.
I'm working on some planning - finding that compromise of freedom and structure - but still have a ways to go.
