The day began at the gym and I must admit I never knew there were so many ways to engage the core with the help of a floor mat. Never left the ground today once the stretching and treadmill time were completed! So far not feeling the soreness, but I know it will set in tomorrow. The really "great" news.... Rocky said the killer stuff hasn't come into play yet. Yikes! Maybe I should be rethinking this six-month contract! LOL

The day was good overall, but did have some blips as Isaac's anger was off the charts today at random moments. Things like a sticky spot on the floor at the convenience store when we stopped for iced tea/soda or a pair of shorts was getting thrown into the trash (the seat was totally ripped out....he said he could still wear them). Just "odd" stuff and the anger level unbelievable! Gotta love this sensory stuff!

Took Maegann to the chiropractor today to get things reset as her last growth spurt had thrown things off again. She'll be feeling better emotionally tomorrow. She's been high-strung herself today. needs a bomb shelter! emoticon

Tomorrow.... gym, school, Isaac's counseling appt., my counseling appt

I have been making a list of behavior, attitudes and questions regarding Isaac for the counselor as he is my main stress point. What it has shown me.... It's no wonder I'm stressed so much! This is one long list! Will be interesting to see if this is of any value for me.

My son, Stephen, still has anger issues and he's 30. They are still worse with his family than with other people. Not sure why that is.

I hope that the counselor helps today!

I find it distressing (for you especially) that Isaac is angry so much. My son Jason did not express a lot of anger, even with his autism.
