I'm Back

Well it's been over a year since I have been here. Decided it was time to come back. Cant promise I will log in every day and cant promise that I will track my food every day, maybe not at all for now. I have to take it slow and simple and if it feels like its time to do more, I will. If it feels like too much with work and all then I know I wont do it. Mainly I am here to give and receive support and give and get motivation from others and from the stories. If that sounds selfish then I guess it is. I work 5 days a week, usually 10 - 12 hours. The last 4 on the computer so I usually don't want to be on it after that.
I have lost pounds here and there over the last year but right now I am exactly where I was when I left. The difference is, I wake up feeling fat. I used to wake up feeling good and by the end of the day or after I 'blow it' then I feel bad, but lately I wake up feeling fat. I need to stop that, in all my 52 years and even at my highest weight I never experienced that feeling before.
So here I am. Hope I can give help as well as receive it.
