First Goal Weight / Spark Coach

Yesterday was one of those good Spark days - Walked 7 miles and rode my bicycle 15 miles - Working the plan.

Question - I'm approaching my first goal weight - I've decided to stop at 210 lbs and see how it feels for a while (that will be 92 lbs lost) - I'm a little apprehensive about switching from weight loss to maintenance and I'm wondering if joining Spark Coach is a good idea. Would like some feedback from anyone who is a member. Does it help and is it worth the fee?

    I joined Spark Coach and I like it. I don't have support at home so it helps me and I think it's worth it.
