Trying to be consistent, not there yet

I'm trying to get to the point where I am consistent about keeping up healthy eating and exercising habits. I want to be in shape, so I can have enough energy to keep up with the work I need to do here on the farm and to keep up with my kids activities. Last year, I lost 40 pounds, but have managed to gain them all back. I'm having a hard time keeping on track, but I'm not giving up. I appreciate all the support I receive on sp and everyone on here. Thanks in advance for your continued support on my journey.

    It is hard...but NEVER gives up. Try letting go of ONE bad habit at a time…while working on all rest. Once you master that, work on another one...ONE AT A TIME!
