This morning I drug myself out of bed to head to the gym. I was still so tired after the long, busy day at co-op Monday. I barely got there in time to get my stretching and treadmill warm-up, but I did! I also did everything the trainer asked of me and ended my time with what Rocky called the "real man push-up" to test my core. I was able to do four of them which doesn't sound like a lot, but for me it was a victory. My upper arms and shoulders are aching tonight thanks to the addition of a weighted ball while balancing and doing core on the stability ball. I keep stretching!

Once home I got the kids going on school and then fielded some co-op emails. Maegann hasn't been feeling well today but thankfully the headache seems to be lessening tonight so the restful day has done her some good. I think it was a minor migraine that caught hold during co-op yesterday so we didn't have the things with us we needed to knock it down.

Tomorrow.... school, Isaac's counseling appointment, Maegann's bible study and then I need to decide whether to attend the ladies Bible study or not this year. It is at the church I no longer attend and I was losing my desire for it by spring and I didn't even know it was starting last week. I know it would be fine for me to go and it would be time out of the house for me. Just need to decide if it is time for a change.

You do what feels right for you. If you are feeling like you want to go to this Bible study, then you shouldn't. Find what works for you. Have a great day!

Good thinking - just don't go out of habit. Decide if it's the best use of your time or if you could do something else for yourself.

I do think that it would be best for you to really want to go to the Bible Study. If not, you can be just as close to God, if not closer, by doing your own Bible Study.
