I am recapping my week...I try to figure where i can do better this week...

I did a good job on exercise, I managed to get out and walk at least 45 minutes in the early morning and 30 minutes after dinner....i also tried to get as many steps in during the day, using the steps when possible, marching in place.....

I did good on my eating watching portions and saying no thanks to desserts most times, or sharing one with husband.... emoticon

So for this week I give my self a B-.....

my goal for next week is to eat less and not give in to high cal foods I have been eating to be polite....

I'm also working on a new plan for Oct. time I think to shake it up a bit, hoping to drop a few more pounds before the holiday season hits again....

I have a physical in Nov. and I want to show the new doctor I can be at my ideal weight....I was up 10 pounds last year.....so this will be my motivation ....I'll show her that even us older women can loose the weight....

she was a sweet young thing but told me at my last physical, she knew how hard it was for OLDER women to loose weight....I'll show her.....lol
