My Plan and Promise to myself for the rest of 2014

1. I WILL NOT Give Up on my goals emoticon

2. Keep the past in the past and move forward emoticon

3. I will do my best to track everyday, the good the bad and the ugly.

4. 60 minute Fitness activity per day 5x a week emoticon emoticon emoticon

5. ST and/or PIYO 3x a week emoticon emoticon

6. Weigh in once a week only for accountability emoticon

7. Continue to be active with my teams, lending support and seeking support if I need it. emoticon

8. Journal or blog reflecting on my weeks accomplishments and or downfalls emoticon

9. NO EXCUSES emoticon
